Man-Made Marvels - Okinawa Aquarium
This is the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in Okinawa, Japan. It's home to one of the most impressive collections of marine life in the world. The Churaumi Aquarium is located at 'Ocean Expo Park' in Motobu-cho, on Okinawa's north-western coastline. This national park was created in August 1976, on the site of the previous year's 'World Ocean Expo'. While enjoying its many attractions, visitors are also treated to a beautiful outlook over the East China Sea. What lives within that beautiful ocean is the very inspiration for the magnificent Churaumi aquarium.
Mediafreaks produced a series of 3D and 2D animated CG sequences showcasing the subject of the episode for this joint production between Beach House Pictures and NHNZ.
