As a Graphic Designer, you will be in charge of creating compelling and persuasive content for digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing team and play a key role in pitching ideas, designing, and executing digital assets and collaterals.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch creative and effective ideas for digital assets that meet communication objectives briefed.
- Understand the visual identity and objectives of different brands.
- Develop high-performing digital assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Display Network and YouTube.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team in developing campaign and content strategy.
- Execute well-designed digital assets where each element is purposeful.
- Design beautiful yet functional web interfaces, when required.
- Stay attuned to the latest digital trends, developments and insights.
- Proactively make recommendations on digital content that is impactful and platform-appropriate.
- Collaborate with the Video team in content production from photo/video shoots, where graphic elements are required.
- Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements

- Needs to have a keen eye for aesthetics and is able to independently create beautiful yet purposeful designs.
- Is creative and able to conceptualize unique and compelling content ideas.
- Is passionate about creative visualization, illustration, and graphic design.
- Is highly proficient in software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Is familiar with and an active user of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Preferably is knowledgeable in UI/UX design.
- Preferably is familiar with Adobe XD.
- Is well-organized and able to manage timelines for multiple ongoing projects.
- Is able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Is a team player and has a positive attitude.
